By requesting or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Estimates & Pricing
Justin's Yard & Garden provides a written estimate or proposal describing the approved scope and pricing before work is scheduled. Pricing may be fixed, recurring, hourly or otherwise structured as specifically stated in the proposal. Work outside the approved scope, customer-requested additions or material unforeseen site conditions may require a revised price or written change approval before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling
We work to honor scheduled dates. Weather and unforeseen conditions may require rescheduling, which we'll communicate as early as possible.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major cards and cash.
Satisfaction
If you're not happy with the work, let us know within 48 hours and we'll come back to make it right.
